What Is The Plot?
As mentioned on the official website of the anime, Luminous Witches Anime is a proper magical girl anime. Even though the show is an original story, the rough storyline is based on “Strike Witches,” and “Allied Air Force Magical Idols Luminous Witches.” The plot revolves around a group of witches who are given the charge of operating the flying machines that go by the name of Striker Units.
The main threat to this world is the invasion of the aliens that comes from outer space. With the use of these Striker Units, the magical girls need to take charge of saving the planet from outsiders. The action series is all about the fights and battles that take place between the two fighting sides.

The final release date of this magical girl anime was released just with the latest announcement. However, the Summer launch is exclusive to the networks in Japan.
