After the party, Takeru and Hayase will start their job. Takeru is still unclear why Isumi informed him to look after the Valkyries. Previously in Muv Luv Alternative Episode 11, after the Valkyries’ escape cut off and BETA surrounded the Susano-O, Isumi decided to reactive the Susano-O. To use it as bait to lure all the BETA on the island and then self-destruct to destroy them all. But Kashiwagi died in the process of buying time for Isumi to start the self-destruct process. After sensing Susano-O’s activation, the BETA left the Valkyries and headed toward Susano-O’s direction.
Soon the Valkyries evacuated. Yuuko succeeded in having a word with Isumi and informed her that her sister survived. She then thanked her for everything she did for them. Meanwhile, Isumi told Takeru to look after the Valkyries as she believed he was Humanity’s savior. Finally, Isumi gave her farewell to the Valkyries before leaving everything in Hayase’s hands. The Susano-O exploded, destroying the island while Isumi met her comrades in the afterlife.
