One Punch Man Chapter 165: Chapter 164 Redraw Changes Explained
The rough storyline of this redraw was pretty much the same as the one that was released last week. Until the moment where Garou pushed Saitama into an active volcano and the bulging of the earth, all events travel pretty similarly in both the editions. This scene marked the arrival of Blast and the Beast King in the story. They were also observing the shock waves from a distance. But then, Saitama decided not to hold back his punches anymore.
In the first punch itself, Garou was seen laying on the ground, powerless. All Garou could now think about was the fact that he had run out of ideas. But he ran at Saitama claiming that he wanted to die like this all along. But once again, the attack did not work. With the next punch, Garou flew far off into space. This is where he began to hear voices telling him about a fist that has turned against god.
And then, Bang appeared in the black sky to help out his disciple. The chapter then shows Garou jumping back in front of Saitama. His entire body was festering the cosmos around him. This mode was called the Awakened Garou Cosmic Fear Mode.
What Will Happen Next?
Now that Murata had decided to take an entire U-Turn with the original story that he was about to cast, a lot will change for the future of the story. In the last battle, Garou had accepted defeat and he was no longer willing to fight an opponent as strong as Saitama. Thus, the two of them sat in the nearby house to discuss details about power.
But now, it is beginning to look as if the fight between Garou and Saitama has only started. These two would continue to push each other’s limits in the best way they can. Moreover, One Punch Man Chapter 165 will also go into the details of Garou’s cosmic mode.
