Yoshino’s life will become more challenging when Kirishima meets her adopted brother, Shouma. The previous episode revealed that Kirishima hates Shouma and wants to see him dead. However, he doesn’t want to share the exact reason behind this hatred. While the yakuza will try to hide his emotions, things will change when Yoshino falls ill. Previously, in Yakuza Fiance Episode 4, Shouma was surprised to learn about Kirishima’s plan not to marry Yoshino. He just wanted to use this engagement as a manipulation. Yoshino interfered, and Shouma warned her to be careful when around Kirishima. The following day, she noticed some changes in him and feared that he had grown bored of her. So, she confronted him to learn whether he was jealous of Shouma. To her surprise, Kirishima had nothing to do with their relationship but told Yoshino that he would kill Shouma one day.
Yoshino revealed her plans to dump Kirishima and return to Osaka. However, she made a deal suggesting if he would make her fall in love with him, she would stay in Tokyo. She also asked him to be himself when he was around her. The following day, Yoshino caught a cold. Kirishima tried to look after her, but she insisted he attend school. Due to their yakuza business, Kirishima returned home late and found Yoshino’s condition worsened. He quickly took her to hospital, and Yakuza Fiance Episode 4 ended with Renji learning about the pair’s relationship.
