Right when the final volume of Strike The Blood concluded, the makers announced the ultimate finale OVA! That’s right! Strike The Blood FINAL is all set to hit our screens sometime soon. Gakuto Mikumo and Manyako’s original harem light novel has been adapted into anime that has released five OVA series since 2015. However, it is finally coming to an end. Fans are both excited and upset as the animation approaches the finale.
Strike The Blood television anime first hit the screens in October 2013. After that, the show was discontinued, and the story followed through OVAs. Four of the volumes are already out. The announcement of the newest addition to the Strike The Blood franchise came on the same day as the release of the final volume of season 4. An introductory trailer was also is also released via Warner Bros on its YouTube channel. The trailer portrays the stakes and the concluding storyline with the end credits of the fourth season. Strike The Blood FINAL: Plot Details
The official synopsis by the makers describes Strike The Blood FINAL to follow the story of the “fourth true ancestor.” A creature is known to be one of the most powerful vampires of all time is looking for this ancestor as he is the prophecized killer of all vampires. We are introduced to Yukina Himeragi, an agent at the Lion King Organization. Well, he is tasked to look for this vampire as he is creating a menace within the common world.
In order to hunt for the demon, Yukina herself becomes one. She meets Kojou Akatsuki, who is also independently investigating the matter. Follow these two as Vampires and the fourth ancestor are stopping at no cost.
Strike The Blood FINAL: Release Date
The fifth and final OVA series of the popular anime has been officially confirmed. However, Studio Connect has not made any confirmations regarding the solid release date of the discs. But we can always speculate the release timings with production status. Since the current OVA has just ended the course. It seems likely that the next one will find a release window by mid-2022.
