They were to find out if monsters were the ones behind such attacks. Forte opens the window from the side of the hospital. This is where he saw the body of Saitama, which came flying out of nowhere. Saitama then enters the room to ask about his health.
To this, the man replies that he was feeling better. But then, he realized that a lot has been destroyed already. As a result of this, he made the decision that he would be fighting Saitama some other time.
