It appears that things have changed, and the Dark Lord is back. No one has seen it, but the dragon has injured many when last seen. The incident has caused Kotone to think that Fa might be the Dark Lord. So, here is everything about the upcoming outing.

RPG Real Estate Episode 6: What Will Happen Next?
Afraid that Fa might be the Dark Lord, Kotone chose to sleep with her in the last episode. She looked at her across the night light and felt a change in her aura. RPG Real Estate Episode 6 will reveal the events of the night that they spent together. Apparently, it is only the Dark Lord and Fa who are able to understand both human and demon languages. Hence, there is a slight chance that both could be the same person. But there is no concrete proof as of now.
On the other hand, Rufuria will find herself craving Rakira’s crab dishes. Moreover, she will question the doings of Mr. Kanille in the upcoming episode. It is likely that the group will be joined by a musical artist. However, some might not get along with the newest addition. As suggested in the episode title, there might be scenes of the group preparing a song or melody for the Grim Reaper. So, the next release will surely be another fun watch for the fans.

RPG Real Estate Episode 5 began with the group heading to a beach. Kotone got them there in search of a house. The girls indulged in many games during their time there. They played house with Fa and much more. While the group continued having a great time, Fa overheard a cry for help. The group found a crab crying. Rakira instantly wanted to cook the sea creature. But Kotone used him to find the location of the house.
They drank potions that the owner of the house left for her and entered the ocean. The house was underwater. It was beautiful and left everyone spell bounded. Kotone realized that they would not be able to live underwater and gifted the place to the crab. Back at home, they were greeted by the grim news of the Dark Lord returning. Kotone suspected that it might be Fa and convinced herself to spend a night with her.
