Towards the end of the previous episode, the Shibito child was shouting at Memenpu that she did not know anything about her real identity.

Without asking any more questions, they offered her an easy route to get out.
As they escape the authorities, they find out that Sina was never keen on all the attention and glamour. She also told them about the recurring dreams. Halfway through the conversation, the Bureau manages to find them all. But Sina ordered the bouncers to let them go. Later on, the concert began. However, the main action began after the concert ended. Shibito attacked the concert and told Memenpu about who she really was.
