Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun, aka Jibaku Shōnen Hanako-Kun, is a Japanese supernatural comedy anime series. It is the remake of the supernatural comedy manga of the same name by Aidalro. Lerche Studio adapted this manga into a 12-episode anime series. It ran from January 10, 2020, to March 27, 2020. Since then, its fans are waiting for its sequel to come on screen.

The series began as a comedy show to set up its plot, and then it perfectly blends the elements of the supernatural in its storyline. Eventually, the story turned out to be the perfect blend of both of these genres, and the viewers would love to see more of it. Usually, studios take two or three years before announcing an anime series’s renewal, as its production takes a lot of time. Well, it has only been a year since Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun’s first season came out.

The remaining source material is more than enough, and they can easily make an entire full-length season with it.

Therefore the chances for Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun Season 2 to happen are very high. It is likely that the creator will officially announce the anime’s sequel this very year.
