Your wait for Baki Season 4 is finally coming to an end. After popular demand, the anime adaptation of the 1999 manga is finally ready with the concluding season. The anime first of Keisuke Itagaki’s text first came out in 2001. Two decades later, the project is ready with the last season. However, the catch with this season is that, unlike other installments, Funimation is not licensing the show. It is Netflix that is coming up with an original edition.
TMS Entertainment is working on the production. The new anime will be called Baki Hanma or Baki Son of Ogre. So if you can’t make out between the three names, remember that all of them are the same. Baki Season 4: Plot Details!
For a start, many fans are confused about how the chronology of the anime works. Three seasons of the Baki franchise are already out. The current one that is under production is a Netflix original anime, Baki Hanma. It will conclude the story once and for all. Besides, the anime is popularly known as the fourth season but is officially a Netflix reboot.
So, the final edition to the Baki franchise will take us directly to The Great Raitai Tournament, where Baki and Yujiro are up against each other. The previous season could not conclude this battle, essentially leaving it in anticipation of the next one. According to the source material, the story will end the tournament in a short while in order to make space for newer arcs to continue. Along with Ryuukou, fans can expect everyone to escape the prison. Thus, the fighters are back in the madness! Let’s see what Baki Season 4 holds in store for us.
New Trailer & Visual Out!
In order to build the hype for Baki Season 4, Netflix is on the trail of releases. In the same chain, a new 90-second trailer is out on YouTube. The trailer teases one of the greatest father-son battles that fans are about to witness. Moreover, the snippet also points towards new dangers that are looming over the heads of Baki and his father. Let’s hope that the show steps up to the expectations that the trailer has created. A new poster was also revealed by Netflix recently that displays the grandeur of Baki Hanma.
Baki Season 4: Release Date
As one can expect, the concrete release date of Baki Season 4 is not out in the public domain. However, Netflix does confirm that the show will return in Fall 2021. This means that we are only two to three months away from witnessing the grandiose. We will be sure to update this section as soon as a concrete release date is out.
