Who is Stronger Naruto or Sasuke

Naruto is undoubtedly one of the most popular anime and manga series of all time. It has an enormous fanbase all around the world. One of the most debated topics among its fans is “Who is stronger, Naruto or Sasuke?” Both Naruto and Sasuke have gone through incredible character development since the beginning of the series. Initially, there were just two normal genin-level ninjas. However, both of them worked really hard and became the strongest shinobis of the series.

Naruto and Sasuke are no more rivals, but their fans still argue about who is stronger between them. So, here is the detailed analysis of Sasuke and Naruto’s power to provide the answer to “Who is stronger, Naruto or Sasuke?”

Who is Stronger Naruto or Sasuke

Naruto and Sasuke Previous Battles

Naruto and Sasuke fought each other a total of five times in the series. Two of these battles ended without any conclusion. Sasuke managed to beat Naruto two times, whereas the latter defeated his only time. Naruto and Sasuke’s very first battle took place at Episode 107 when Sasuke challenged Naruto for a fight, and the latter accepted. The two of them clashed at the hospital’s roof.

However, Kakashi interrupted them before they attacked each other with Chidori and Rasengan. It was revealed that Rasengan did more damage than Sasuke’s Chidori. So, at that time, Naruto was stronger. Their second battle took place on Episode 128. This battle concluded the long arc of Naruto, where Sasuke ultimately defeated Naruto by achieving Curse Level 2 form.

Who is Stronger Naruto or Sasuke

The clash between Naruto and Sasuke took place at Shippuden Episode 215. It was more of a character examination than a fight. The fight ended without any conclusion, but at that time, Sasuke was certainly stronger than Naruto. Their fourth fight happened in a flashback episode when Naruto constantly tried to beat Sasuke in the academy but failed to do so. The fifth and the last battle between Naruto and Sasuke took place at Shippuden Episode 476.

It took place after Team 7 successfully sealed Kaguya Otsutsuki. Sasuke dominated most of this fight as he actually tried to kill Naruto during it. On the other hand, Naruto didn’t fight Sasuke with an intention to kill. The fight resulted in a draw, but in the end, Sasuke admitted his defeat. Naruto won the fight, and by the end of Naruto Shippuden, he was stronger than Sasuke.

Naruto & Sasuke’s Power & Abilities

Both Naruto and Sasuke possess several special abilities because of Kyuubi and Rinnegan, respectively. In addition, both of them also received Six paths chakra that made them different than others. These are the very abilities that made Naruto and Sasuke two of the strongest shinobis around the world.

Naruto’s Powers

Naruto’s arsenal is quite vast. He can use powers like Six Paths Sage Mode, Rasenshuriken, Tailer Beast Rasenshuriken, Bijuu Mode, Kurama Chakra, Mode, Shadow Clone Jutsu, and the recently used Baryon Mode. Naruto was already quite strong, but his powers were on an entirely different level when he used the Baryon mode against Isshiki. At that time, he was way more powerful than Sasuke.

Sasuke’s Abilities

There is a reason why Sasuke and Naruto are rivals. Sasuke Uchiha can use several lethal Jutsu with the help of its Rinnegan. Amaterasu and Amenotejikara are among their most dangerous weapons. He can also use the perfect Susano, Six paths Chibaku Tensei, and Indra’s arrow in the battles. Sasuke can also use Genjutsu and transportation ninjutsu that came in quite handy during the battles.

Who is Stronger Naruto or Sasuke?

By the end of Naruto Shippuden, Naruto was certainly stronger than Sasuke. After that, in Boruto, it was said that Naruto is the strongest shinobi and Sasuke Uchiha is the only one who can rival him. But the recent events changed the entire landscape. When Naruto used Baryon Mode, he was way stronger than Sasuke. However, after that, he loses Kurama, which means he can no longer use the extraordinary chakra of the tailed beast and its powers. On the other hand, Sasuke lost his Rinnegan as Borushiki stabbed it with kunai.

Now, both Naruto and Sasuke lost their major powers and won’t be able to use most of their Jutsus. So, the answer to “Who is stronger, Naruto or Sasuke” is that they are evenly matched now. If we compare their powers before this tragic event, Naruto was stronger than Sasuke.
