A lot of fans have been waiting for the renewal of A3! Spring & Summer Season 2. The anime was a hit amongst the fans, and its demand is constantly increasing. Well, the first season of A3 was a split cour that came with two different titles. In the first cour, the viewers saw Spring & Summer, and then came out the Autumn & Winter series. A3 is a Japanese slice-of-life drama anime series. It is the remake of a mobile game of the same name by Liber Entertainment. PA Works and Studio 3Hz jointly worked on the anime’s first season and gave it life together. The television series made its debut on January 14, 2020. After its first run, its second cour premiered in October and concluded on December 29, 2020. Besides, both its cours ran for 12 episodes each.

The story of the anime series is about friends who are chasing their dreams while facing all the hardships coming their way. Its first half focused on the characters of the Spring & Summer troupes. Whereas, the latter half revolved around the Autumn & Winter troupes. The great thing about this show is that its characters are loveable, and the story will give several light-hearted slice-of-life moments.
Also, A3 is nothing short of comedy, so at the same time, it entertained the viewers as well. Some people complained about the art and animation of the first cour. As a result, the production company worked on it, and everything looks cleaner in the second half. All the four seasonal tropes of A3 are enjoyable, but its latter ones were slightly better.
A3! Spring & Summer Season 2: Renewal Status!
The first season of the anime received a great response throughout its entire run. Both its cour got some great reviews from the viewers as well as the critics. Spring & Summer has a score of 7.14, whereas Autumn & Winter has a score of 7.28 on MyAnimeList. Along with that, the series managed to get a lot of new fans as well. It was already popular when it was only running as a game, but now its fanbase has increased even more.
Now, all of them are demanding to see A3! Spring & Summer Season 2. The series ended without any cliffhangers hinting that it won’t return. Yet, if its demand increases in the upcoming months, the makers might renew the show for another run.

The first season of the anime premiered almost one year after its announcement. So, if the green flag for its sequel arrives by the end of this year, fans can expect A3!
